We charge a flat rate of $9.95AUD for all orders under $300 via AusPost Express or $7.95 flat rate via AusPost Regular Parcel. Orders over $300 receive FREE express delivery.

This online store accepts both Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit cards as well as American Express cards and Direct Deposit.

All orders placed before 11AM (AEST) Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped same day. Order places after 11AM (AEST) will be sent the following business day. If paying by credit card, your order status will be updated to Processing automatically after successful payment.  If paying by direct deposit, the order will be Awaiting Payment until the deposit is manually verified and then changed to Processing.  You will be notified on the status of your order.  Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Once payment has been completed in full, you will be sent an invoice to the email address used when placing the order.  If this is not received, please use the contact form or send an email to contact@eyelovelashes.com.au to have a copy sent.
