Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $9.95AUD for all orders under $300. Orders over $300 receive FREE express delivery. Currently shipping is only available within Australia.
All orders placed before 11AM (AEST) Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped same day. Order places after 11AM (AEST) will be sent the following business day. All orders are sent Express via Australia Post, addresses within the AusPost Express Post Network should receive their orders the next business day, addresses outside will arrive as fast as possible using existing transport links.

Liabilities
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all delivery and contact details are correct, Eye Love Lashes is not responsible for any missing, stolen or damaged orders once it has been lodged with Australia Post. Extra Cover is offered as extra during checkout.
Extra cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000.
For all domestic services and some international services Australia Post in some cases, where Extra Cover was not purchased, compensation is up to a maximum of $50 and a refund of postage may be payable, or Australia Post may elect to repair or replace the item up to $50 value, at their absolute discretion.
Should any issues arise with your delivery, we will endeavor to assist where possible.
Refunds And Exchange
Eye Love Lashes is happy to refund or exchange items providing the products have:
- The item(s) is not cosmetic or adhesive, due to sanitary reasons.
- The item(s) have not been used or opened.
- All returned item(s) must be in unused, original and undamaged condition.
- Returned items will no be accepted without prior contact. (See below)

Unless explicitly the fault of Eye Love Lashes, the costs associated with returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued directly to the credit card used for purchase and may take several days to clear. If paid by direct deposit, account details will be requested first to process refund.
Exchange
Exchange items will be sent out as soon as possible after receiving original item(s) and any difference in price is paid. If value of exchange is less, either a refund of the difference or store credit will be offered.
Damaged Goods
If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, please contact as soon as possible to try resolve the issue, we may request photos of the issue(s). Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge anytime before order status has changed to Shipped.
Customer Error
If an order is returned to Eye Love Lashes due to customer error (incorrect address, contacts etc), the purchaser will be responsible for all extra shipping costs. Alternatively, a refund may be requested minus $9.95 shipping fees.
